PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy,
in plain language.

Corporate website privacy notice.

1. About us

Trinova Brands Ltd is responsible for personal information handled in connection with this corporate website and enquiries sent to us. Company No. 16896660. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 172 Carlingford Road, London, England, N15 3EU, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@trinovabrands.co.uk. This notice covers our corporate website, not the separate products in our portfolio.

2. Website information and cookies

Our website contains static information pages. It has no contact forms, user accounts, payments or uploads. Its application code does not use cookies, local or session storage, analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party content or remotely hosted fonts. Email links open your email application; they do not send a message automatically. We do not use this website for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Hosting-provider features must be checked on the deployed service before making a broader claim that it sets no cookies.

3. Hosting and technical data

Netlify, Free plan, is the selected hosting service for launch. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical request data, which can include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, user-agent information and response details. Server-side operational monitoring is distinct from cookies or browser analytics. We have not confirmed an account-specific retention period for all technical or security records and do not promise a fixed deletion deadline for those records. A dashboard’s visible history does not establish the retention period for every provider system.

4. Email enquiries

We use Zoho Mail Lite for corporate email. If you write to us, we receive your address, message, any attachments and associated metadata to handle your enquiry. The founder and director is the only person authorised to access the corporate mailbox, as confirmed by the company. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

5. Purposes and lawful bases

The lawful basis proposed for adoption with this notice is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR: responding to correspondence addressed to the company, delivering this informational website and maintaining proportionate security. Our assessment considers necessity and individuals’ rights; this does not authorise unrelated tracking or indefinite retention. Where processing is necessary for steps requested by an individual before a contract with them, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. A specific legal obligation may require processing under Article 6(1)(c). Neither applies automatically to every enquiry. Sending an email does not subscribe you to marketing.

6. Retention

Our approved policy for general enquiries is retention for up to 24 months from the last interaction. After that period, the information must be securely deleted or anonymised unless a legal or contractual obligation, or a documented legitimate need, justifies longer retention. Accounting, contractual and legal records are assessed separately. Automatic deletion has not been implemented. Deleting active email does not necessarily immediately remove provider recovery, archival or backup copies; their applicable periods and arrangements have not been independently verified for our account. Technical hosting records are separate from this enquiry retention rule.

7. Providers and international transfers

Netlify supplies the selected hosting service and Zoho Mail supplies email. Their relevant group entities and subprocessors may handle data to provide those services. They operate internationally, so processing or support access may take place outside the UK. We do not claim that all information stays in the UK or that a particular data-processing agreement or UK transfer safeguard has been verified for our accounts. Netlify publishes a Data Processing Agreement that describes UK transfer arrangements, including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and contractual alternatives where applicable. Zoho provides a Data Processing Addendum process through its account privacy settings. These published provisions and processes do not establish that Trinova has accepted a specific agreement or that a particular safeguard applies to our accounts. Applicable contractual arrangements and any required safeguards must be confirmed before launch. You may contact us for information about those arrangements.

8. External links

Our portfolio links to Stock Validator. Its resources are not embedded in this website. Following that link connects your browser to a separate service with its own privacy information. Your own email provider also handles any message you send to us.

9. Your rights and contact

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to their legal conditions. To make a request or raise a concern, email contact@trinovabrands.co.uk or write to our registered office. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will handle requests within the applicable legal timeframe. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Effective date: 26 October 2026. This notice does not claim certified legal compliance.
